Had a great experience here yesterday with a lovely man, as i had to get a photo blown up for my dads funeral and he took the time to reframe it for me in a frame I bought with me, with such care and attention, thankyou. He was still serving other customers in between as this was a bit lengthy, excellent customer service, sorry u forgot your name.
Came here to their branch in Tesco Extra New Malden one Friday evening in a rush after work only to find the store closed during work hours. I called the phone number provided and someone kindly answered promising me a call back however I've got none which resulted in me wasting another 15 mins of my life after making the trip here. Passport renewal service. Brilliant. Just brilliant. SO easy: You bring in your passport. They take your pic, and fill out the Gov.uk form for you. You pay the Government fee and the v reasonable Spielmann fee, they then send off your passport for you. All post is registered (or whatever the safe postal service is called). And that's it. Done!
