Customer service was non existent! I went yesterday to get a frame and pictures printed, the woman at till was on her phone, looking miserable and completely disinterested. My baby was restless and I was clearly struggling with the pram and carrying him. She made no effort, she took the payment, left the frames on the side then went back to sitting on her phone, I felt I was disturbing her to be honest. Abysmal customer service. They deliberately take one of the printers out of use in case someone uses it and leaves without paying. Legitimate customers are made to wait when the other printers are in use. Surely a better system could be put in place? To cap it all they couldn’t accept a cash payment for 2 prints because they didn’t have change! Previous occasions I’ve had good service here but Chelsea was downright rude and Casper clueless.
In branch 3619, served by Diana.. she provided an excellent and truly exemplary print service.. more people can learn customer service from this lady.. just when I thought this type of service and human touch had died, she restored my faith! Well done Diana.. absolute star and employee of the year! Not only did she print but offered to cut my leaflets for me!
Visited the photo shop the lady in there called chelsea helped me print from my phone as i was not sure how to. She is very helpful & friendly. Will be coming back again soon to print some more Thank you for all your help
I have explained to them about the photo requirements for my passport. Even apid extra 5 quid for the photo mailed as well. Ended up being my application rejected.
