Sam needs to sort her attitude out, shoving my print off in my face without any words? It was very rude however the male member of staff with glasses showed me respect and made me feel better. I feel like the staff have something against capable or young people ? Wrong and need sorting out.
Went to the Sunderland branch today to get a glass personalised. Sadly they couldn't manage it but they tried anything and everything to sort it out for us. Really helpful. Went out their way to help us. Used the shop for numerous photos in the past and always received great advice, great service and great value for money. Highly recommend!

Came up on Saturday for 2 canvases the lady who dealt with us went above and beyond .this is the second time she’s came to our assistance very polite , patient and her customer service is outstanding. She wore glasses had short curly hair she needs to be recognized.
