Big shout out to Chelsea and Sarah. I visited the Altrincham branch early August and did a bunch of canvas frames. When I got home,my sister wasn’t happy with one of them,so I went back to the store where they simply took the previous one off me and replaced it with a new frame. The new frame was unfortunately smaller in size than the previous one,so I was given a refund in store credit which I used to pick up a couple of items. Thanks Sarah Thanks Chelsea.
Super helpful assistant today. My wife used the Photo Booth in Tesco’s but the pictures were washed out and framed incorrectly. We went to the max Spielman shop in Altrincham centre and the lady there sorted the customer service complications herself and resolved the whole issue seamlessly & quickly. This could’ve been a real pain, but she was great (and it wasn’t!)
The lady Sarah in here is so knowledgeable it's a privilege to watch her work. Great service, great value for money. I will definately be going bk there. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. They made my art work look even better on pics! Thank you so much for everything.

My father came into this branch wanting to retrieve some photographs. We had taken his very very old blackberry to multiple places to be able to get the photos and nowhere could even manage to send one. However, both the girls (Chelsea & Sarah) managed to retrieve my fathers photos from both his ipad and the 'impossible' blackberry in a record turnaround time.
