Alex was absolutely fantastic. Can’t thank her enough for our shopping experience today.She helped my Mum and I with all of our Christmas presents. Nothing was too much trouble or time. She guided us through uploading our photos onto the computers and made our Christmas baubles and canvases whilst in store, so we didn’t have to wait or come back. Tammy also was brilliant, she ensured our canvases were done speedy and ready to take home right away. Thank you so much to the wonderful team ❤️❤️❤️
Staff are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. We took a large frame with us to check sizing for our wedding pictures. Nikki trimmed and fitted one picture to ensure it fit. Then she offered for us to go back home and pick up the rest of the frames to complete the others. We did not expect this and are grateful we didn’t have to do the fiddly task at home.
So I can't recommend this shop enough I took my newborn son in for a photo shoot and Tammy and Katy were so friendly and patient whilst being very professional we loved his photos so much that we ended up having a photoshoot every month right up until his 1st birthday (even having a few extras like easter,halloween and christmas). Tammy was great with my son so much so that he actually enjoyed going to his photoshoots 📷 we will definitely be back for more
Tammy has done an amazing job printing a Anniversary picture for us today she went above and beyond we grabbed some paper from asda she even wrapped it for us 10/10 customer service what a lovely team you have here on tamworth store 🥰
After going to another store and leaving unhappy I came to this store after being recommended by a friend. Katy took photos of our daughter and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of photos she took. You can tell she has a wealth or knowledge and experience in photography and will be a returning customer. Thankyou Katy & Tammy for being so friendly and welcoming aswell as professional.
