Wow. Colin the area manager was possibly the nicest store representative I've ever dealt in any store, anywhere! I highly recommend this store. He was so kind and patient while we got our family photos done. Brilliant experience. Thank you.
We visited in person on Tuesday and made an appointment for today to have photos done of our wee baby boy and had a really lovely relaxed shoot while chatting to the guy (forgot to take his name!). Photos turned out great and was completely hassle free, will definitely be back for another set! Top class service

Wanted to book a cake smash shoot for our baby. Called numerous times, phone was never picked up. Emailed with the query, no response. We have showed up and waited our turn just to be told he can't do is as there is too many customers now. All which came after us. We were just completely ignored and told he doesn't have time for pictures. Absolute disgrace!
Went here today to get photos taken of our grandson waited nearly 30 minutes for our turn and when it became our turn he said couldn't do it because there too many customers, and they do not do portrait photos, which is a lie because they have a sign saying they do, also before we went to the shop we phoned them 2 or 3 times and got no answer also sent them a email also received no response.
