I found this store online ( looking for somewhere to have old photos restored). I’m so lucky this one was close by and very accommodating! The gentleman who helped me was a real pro! He was exceptional in his knowledge and ability to “clean-up and enhance “ my old grainy, damaged photos! The results are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this business! Excellent customer service too!
Today my daughter and I went to the shop. The manager Jake has been so welcoming and helpful the last few times we’ve been in. Last time he built a good rapport with my daughter, to the extent we were able to get good passport photo. Today he went above and beyond, helping when we had a potty training emergency! Although not related to purchasing anything, it said a lot about the customer service and I was so grateful. Thanks Jake!
Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Came in needed advice and help on baby passport photos. Lovely staff gave us all the information we needed and got our photos ready right away. Great prices too. Will be coming back to get other prints done soon.
Needed some last minute pictures printing to cheer up a friend in hospital. I was so grateful to find Jake there on a Sunday when I fully expected the shop to be closed. Jake and I had a really good chat whilst the pictures printed. Thank you Jake for your kindness and helpfulness this morning.
Senan gave THE best customer service that I have experienced in the last couple of years. What an amazing person to help out in a difficult situation and to stay late to ensure that a precious gift could be received in time.
