I had a fantastic experience with Kirsty at Max Spielmann in Dover. She was incredibly swift, cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable — everything you could ask for in great customer service. Needed some pictures for family member in hospital and Kirsty came to the rescue and managed to download over 50 images from my phone, got them printed super quick and packaged up all with a smile and friendly word. Many thanks Kirsty - perfect service

Brilliant customer service at this kiosk in Tesco. Spoke to Kirsty on the phone and dealt with the chap next day who is excellent, always very helpful and efficient. I've now bought 3 x passports and I'll be going back for some printing. Thank you for doing a great job.
