Natasha was such a wonderful help today with guiding me on printing my photograph and helping me chose a frame. She also helped me with engraving the frame. It's so seldom that you get this kind of caring service.

Failed to print my photograph at the first attempt, I was then told it would take at least another 20 minutes. I could not afford the time so requested a refund. This took another 5 to 10 minutes to process as the person in charge had to ring round to get a code. Why leave someone in charge that doesn’t have the correct tools to do the job!!!! Really poor service.
