Lucia has been marvellous! Very helpful and patient. Took a long time to get a right passport photo but she persisted. She is also very customer service aware and polite. If only everyone had such attitude. Very good experience. Amazing!
Lucia was very helpful & gave me good advice. I wanted Crystal & was totally in her hands as I didn't have a clue! She also did 2 photo blocks, very impressed.
