Terrible service! I went there yesterday to print a single A4 page, and the woman working there clearly had no interest in doing her job. I sent her the file from two different email addresses, and she kept pretending she hadn’t received anything. Really poor customer service. Definitely do not recommend.
Overcharged for the same service when I paid for it for the second time. No response from the store when I’ve emailed them. Do not recommend.
The staff at the Eccles branch are very helpful and professional. I've gone to them for having medical cards laminated to having address labels printed from a pdf file from my phone and to have VHS tapes converted to DVD. I know they offer photographic services over a wide range from prints to having them transffered to canvas etc. A gem of a store for a variety of reasons.
Gave 5 stars a year ago, but wanted to update review following 2 visits in last couple of weeks. Still 5 stars. The chap who works here is brilliant, pleasant, helpful, friendly and makes multi tasking look easy when he has a number of customers at the same time. A busy store. Would always go here for photo prints.
Lovely, helpful staff. Made taking my baby's passport photo so stress- free and easy.
