Highly organised and efficient premises with a good range of photo frames which is what we we were seeking. Pam, the Manager was very helpful and encouraging and went to great lengths to ensure that our needs were met.

Went in 15 mins b4 closing time on Sat. but the young man still gave a lovely welcoming smile. He gave excellent, efficient service & advice ..nothing was too much trouble. The price was fair & the quality of the photo's was excellant. If only ALL assistant's were as pleasant & obliging as this young man. Thank you ..I'll def use this place again.

Excellent place! Exactly what shops are for, Pam was ever so helpful and got me sorted quickly and efficiently. Much better than faffing about trying to be clever and do it myself, great experience.

I went in with little IT knowledge but I was quickly put at ease and what I wanted was done efficiently, pleasantly , any choices explained clearly. The photos are exactly what I wanted and have a high standard of definition, good colour and they are on quality photographic paper. I was guided through the process and helped where necessary. I saw the manager handle a difficult customer with ease and professionalism, well done. I would recommend them both for the product and the customer service.

I have not actually been inside max soielmann,reason is I phoned them and did not have what I was looking for,but I have only heard from people with no negativity on m/s
