I took my newborn here for a photoshoot and explained clearly in advance what kind of photos I wanted. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. Most of the photos were blurry, poorly taken, and clearly showed a lack of experience with newborn photography. I expected at least a few good photos, but almost none of them were usable. It honestly felt very unprofessional and like a waste of time and money. Maybe they can handle simple passport photos, but I would definitely not recommend them for professional photo... read more

I called to ask about 300Dpi scanning and the lady i spoke to was absolutely awful. All she needed to do was google search the scanners in store and it tells you if they do a 300 dpi scan or not (I had to suggest this to her). But instead of her for this info, without warning she began to read a fairly long scanner name including alphanumerics at a very quick pace.
