I had an incredibly stressful experience and Jamie at Max Spielmann completely turned it around. I came in dealing with an expired passport situation, already under pressure, and then to make things worse my suitcase broke as well. It honestly felt like everything was going wrong at once. Used the chelmsley wood branch today and couldn’t fault the lady working! She was very friendly and she was working on her own so was very busy but I didn’t have to wait long at all. This review is not person to her at all. Unfortunately the quality of the images I received was poor, the colours are really dull. Was in Chelmsley Wood branch last Thursday for passport photo/full application process. Just wanted to say that the young girl who served us was amazing! She was dealing with 5 customers at once, keeping everyone informed of where they were up to with their request/photos etc and she was literally whizzing round doing the passport photos, processing my husbands application etc etc. she was really friendly and polite and is a true credit to MS with her work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude. A nice young woman with blond hair served me, didnt get her name I am afraid. I am a man if a certain age were I.T is not my thing. She helped me to print photo which may sound unimpressive, however she must have customers like me all day long who would test the patience of a saint. She was soooooo good and did not make me feel foolish. She was serving multiple customers and remained professional and helpful with everyone, fantastic service, wish I would have asked her name. Cant praise her enough
Jamie was lovely, she was super helpful in finding the right size and making sure it fit, not to mention she was very kind and bubbly 😁
