Jaime was brilliant today! Efficient, friendly and knows everything at her finger tips. She deserves a huge appreciation (£) for handling this busy place with so many different kinds of personalities at the same time!
Called in today 14,4,25 about 3pm, one member of staff on duty, never so much as acknowledged us as we entered, we managed to work out the procedure to print a photo from a phone, (made it obvious we were not sure what we were doing) but no help offered, in fact she didnt even look at us. When we finished and photo printed girl walk over to printer, put photo in envelope stated the price, took the money, offered change that was the end of the exchange. Great service received. I had external hard drives packed full of old photos that needed printing off. Done them over a number of weeks. At the max spielmann in chelmsley wood shopping centre. I was served each time by Jaime and she was fantastic. There were a few technical hiccups here and there which wasn’t her fault as these things happen since life isn’t always perfect and one just has to be patient, she handled everything perfectly and was was upfront about the situation and issues. I ordered a frame of 1200mm by 800mm size and A0 photo printing from Chemsleywood branch. It was produced within 4 working days, and the workers in this branch are wonderful, helpful, polite, and friendly; led by Jamie. I recommend this Max Spielmann and this branch to existing and potential customers for quality and excellent printing services.(May, 2024.)
