Saw a lovely girl called Sami. She was covering the Tesco store today and this girl needs a raise! She realise my pictures were for a funeral and helped me every step of the way! I didn’t have to tell her what they were for she just knew. Give me a cuddle made me feel like I mattered! Just what I needed when I wasn’t at my best. What a lovely experience but more importantly what an absolutely beautiful person and a credit to your company!

We have been coming to the Max Spielman Gateshead branch to have our baby’s photos taken over the past year, and Richard has always gone above and beyond! The photos always capture our baby’s smile in an organic way, and Richard has such a wonderful mannerism about him that makes the process fun and exciting for all of us. We’ll be back plenty of times to come, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
