The lady who helped me was amazing. I'm not very "tech" so was very grateful. They were busy but nothing was roo much trouble and I was really pleased with my personalised photo mug and so was the recipient at Christmas. Thank you so much to the very kind lady, I cant remember her name but I do remember she had a support bandage on her arm/wrist.
I visited the store on 29/11/25 a.m. The full-time lady and her assistant dealt with my queries and purchases. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the steps to print my photos, adjusting them to suit. These two members of your staff are an asset to you. The woman working here today said she doesn’t normally do so. She seemed rather fed up though perfectly polite. My passport photo looks worse than usual! The shop is next to Timpsons, not in the travel agent as the first photo suggests.
