Visited today to get a passport photo done fo our 1 year old. Ali was so lovely and patient right from the start. My baby wasn't keen at first but Ali suggested some ways to get the photo done and in the end it all worked out well. As this can be a stressful experience I will definitely recommend to others to come here for infant ID photos, based on our great experience today with Ali. Thank you!
Went to your store yesterday in Excelsior Way Cardiff to get a voucher printed off an email attachment. I was met by a young lady called Merin who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, I left the store with a smile on my face. So thank you for a very pleasant experience. Phil Watts.

Got my daughters passport photos here and was a lovely experience. Used the service again for my dads birthday t shirt and the quality was amazing. Will definitely be coming here again in future.
Busy kiosk shop with one member of staff working. Her ability to pleasantly, politely and effectively triage and manage customers in the queue while taking photos and assisting others who were struggling with the self serve facility was outstanding. Well done!
