Would give O of could went to use printer. On approach the man stood at door like security. Said what service we wanted to use. He could not be bothered at all said printer didn't work as my phone didn't connect first try. Him and his misery work mate. Disgusting customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!;!;

First time in the place but I was pleasantly surprised. Really helpful staff took me through my IT nightmare to a lovely product. I was also pleased to see that FILM was catered for too, so I'll be getting my old SLR' out and enjoying that again.
Yesterday, I went to this shop to take passport photos. Before taking the photos, I asked if they provided a soft copy, but the staff didn’t inform me to ensure my two kids were sitting upright. As soon as they sat down, they took one quick shot and immediately printed it out. I had no idea if the photos met the passport requirements. An hour after leaving, I realized they didn’t give me the soft copy.
