I visited the shop on Tuesday 27th of January to get some prints for my husbands funeral. James Houston was the gentleman that served me. Nothing was too much trouble. I kept apologising for taking up lots of his time, but he just made me feel at ease. James is a massive asset to your store and I will definitely recommend your company
Ordered a print to canvas service. The guy in store was helpful and friendly. The canvas upon receiving it was just done really shabby. The canvas wasn't taute to the frame and the image was wonky.... bit disappointed but it's a bit far for me to go back.
My experience was very good. James at the Westgate shop was very helpful and patient. I have been several times to this store and always been satisfied with the service.
Me& husband went to take passport size photo today 24/11 morning to Max Spielmann studio in wakefield. The staff who was there was very rude to us . I tried to tell him what size photo we need & specification , because last time the photo I took , rejected from the concerned authority, he was not ready to listen. Also he pushed me to the photo area with his camera. Always closes several minutes early doesn't bother telling you there's another one near Asda or that you can go to photo booth
