Amazing service. Gentleman running the store today demonstrated what customer service should be. Went into the store early morning to view some example personalised gifts, walked me through the process. Collected my framed printing later in the afternoon and great service continued. I noticed he was equally great with other customers in the store. Thank you.

Lovely staff but I’ve had to have my passport photo taken three times. The first time I looked so pale that I didn’t look like I had brown skin any more. I went back a different day and the man working there agreed that the skin tone was completely off and took it again. However this picture was rejected because it didn’t meet height requirements. The Max Spieman shop in Chorlton, has the most gracious staff,very helpful as well,especially Tom.every time I go in their he is helpful & has so much patience. He is a credit to the shop,well done to who ever employed this young man,he deserves a medal.

I've had great customer service each time I've used the Chorlton branch. That includes three of the staff so far. They helped me diagnose an issue with some of my images and were very patient and helpful. They have been great.
