I had absolutely fantastic service today from Melissa, she was so helpful and patient with me and all the other customers. Brilliant photos and a great experience, Melissa is a credit to your company !
I had foreign passport photos taken 18-April (which have a different spec to UK ones) so was a little nervous about it being correct. Well it was very efficient - the photo was taken and one of their machines auto-sized it per the country's requirements which was very reassuring. The lady serving was very kind and my photos were addressed/dated on the rear and packaged up in a lovely little purpose-made wallet. Very pleased!
No longer has a photo studio or portrait service as advertised online. Member of staff I spoke to was rude and unhelpful.
Got a photo printed of my deceased husband at Kingston store. The kind lady there was helpful, generous and skillful.
We ordered a calendar on 8th December 2024 and came few times to ask about it but they never showed me where is it and demonstrated lack of confidence to help us as customers. It's 3rd January now and they are still unable to find it and provide a decent answer! Don't recommend at all!! An update: the representative in the store is asking me to call someone to issue a refund, how this works really! This is the basic customer service to issue a refund!, doesn't make any sense!
