I had foreign passport photos taken 18-April (which have a different spec to UK ones) so was a little nervous about it being correct. Well it was very efficient - the photo was taken and one of their machines auto-sized it per the country's requirements which was very reassuring. The lady serving was very kind and my photos were addressed/dated on the rear and packaged up in a lovely little purpose-made wallet. Very pleased!
Got a photo printed of my deceased husband at Kingston store. The kind lady there was helpful, generous and skillful.
Took my sons passport photo for travel passport and the photographer said that the print on the shirt won’t show but unfortunately it did show on the code given to use to upload his passport application. Not sure if it was on purpose plus she was not friendly at all

We ordered a calendar on 8th December 2024 and came few times to ask about it but they never showed me where is it and demonstrated lack of confidence to help us as customers. It's 3rd January now and they are still unable to find it and provide a decent answer! Don't recommend at all!! An update: the representative in the store is asking me to call someone to issue a refund, how this works really! This is the basic customer service to issue a refund!, doesn't make any sense!
