I am writing to shed light on the extremely poor customer service we experienced at your Danestone branch today. We visited the store to print 74 photographs for our mother’s funeral - an already emotional and stressful task for our family. Whilst selecting our photographs at the printing machines, we overheard your colleague, KB, speaking to an elderly customer in an impatient and patronising manner. I recently visited this location on 17/04/26 to have my passport photo taken, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. Upon arrival, the staff at the counter did not make eye contact or acknowledge me in any way, as they were busy talking among themselves.
