Received fabulous service from Reeves on the 06/08/2025 at your Weston Branch in Asda. I wanted help to print photos and to set them up in my already purchased picture frames. The frames I bought in a charity shop and they had pictures in them. He was so patient and opened them up, cleaned them and sealed them up with the new photos. Great service and he was very helpful. Really appreciate it. Thank you. Also the cost was good.
Absolutely excellent customer service here and print quality. I ordered a large print originally, it came damaged so I took it back and Reeve and Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped me pick out the biggest size in store they print with a frame for 45 pounds (30” x 20” I think!) It’s so nice to have knowledgeable people being so caring about you as a customer. Received poor customer service from an older man working in the Weston Super Mare branch in Asda, felt as though we were a real inconvenience to him. Not everyone know what to expect or do when dealing with this kind of thing, a small amount of compassion wouldn’t of hurt.
Thank you so much to Sarah for your help today. I went in for some instant photos but technology being technology proved harder than expected. Sarah could see I was in pain and got me a chair to sit on as she helped me go through my photo gallery and send the photos I needed to the machine. This isn't the first time I've had a good experience with Sarah. She has also stood out in the past as very helpful and friendly but today she was incredibly helpful. Thank you
They do large paper prints, two over 16" by 20" as well as smaller ones. As far as I can see the only good printing place in Weston-super-Mare. The lady was really helpful and patient. They can be quite busy which is fine as you can do some shopping if you need.
