Received fabulous service from Reeves on the 06/08/2025 at your Weston Branch in Asda. I wanted help to print photos and to set them up in my already purchased picture frames. The frames I bought in a charity shop and they had pictures in them. He was so patient and opened them up, cleaned them and sealed them up with the new photos. Great service and he was very helpful. Really appreciate it. Thank you. Also the cost was good.
Have used this store several times and always found the younger staff polite and helpful. Unfortunately not my experience today with the older guy working there. Rude, abrasive and unhelpful and made to feel like I was an absolute inconvenience. I see from previous reviews I’m not the only one to have this opinion.
Absolutely excellent customer service here and print quality. I ordered a large print originally, it came damaged so I took it back and Reeve and Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped me pick out the biggest size in store they print with a frame for 45 pounds (30” x 20” I think!) It’s so nice to have knowledgeable people being so caring about you as a customer. I’m now picking out quite a few more images to get printed and framed by them with that same deal. Highly recommended for any of your printing needs. ... read more
Was served by the more than helpful Sarah today! Lovely lady and very patient with customers. Thank you!
Received poor customer service from an older man working in the Weston Super Mare branch in Asda, felt as though we were a real inconvenience to him. Not everyone know what to expect or do when dealing with this kind of thing, a small amount of compassion wouldn’t of hurt.
