I recently visited to get a passport photo taken for my baby, but unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member named Rich was unprofessional and quite rude. He kept making strange facial expressions, spoke extremely fast even though it was clear that English is not my first language, and gave me unfriendly looks throughout. Having used the services here in the past, I recently called in to have a larger print done. I also needed to have it framed. Richie always provides great customer service was on hand to help. The frame I required was out of stock, and a new delivery was due in the next day. On returning a couple of days later, Richie had the print all framed up and ready for me to collect. A first class service as always at the Bishop Auckland Store. Thank you.

Had three films developed, took a couple of weeks but very happy with the outcome. Four stars due to not recieving a call they were done, minor point but they said they would, other than that fantastic, the guys working there were very professional and had a good chat.
