Not impressed at all with this store. Called in today to get our free baby photoshoot done and the lady made literally every excuse not to do it. She just couldn’t be bothered at all. I would never return to this store. Minimum wage, minimum effort.
I had no idea that you can order instant photos online from here. It's brilliant! I needed some instant prints for a family collage I was updating so ordered 10 prints online. Around 15 minutes later I got confirmation from the store that the prints were ready to collect. I went to pick the prints up and the girl in the shop was very friendly and helpful. I checked the prints before leaving the store and they were fantastic quality. Really impressed. Will definitely use this service again. Very happy customer.
Excellent service and extremely helpful lady when looking to sort out my passport photographs. You can have your photo taken and have the usual prints. You also get a digital copy which can be very useful. What is even more impressive is the availability of acquiring the digital reference code for the photograph. If you apply online for your passport you can either upload the print or copy the code onto your application. Quick and easy.
I attended the Max Spielmann store in Bootle New Strand before Christmas and saw all the gift products on sale. My eye was drawn to the 'Crystals' with laser etchings inside them. I write crystals but personally I think they are either glass or resin, but never the less, do look expensive and really nice. Saying that, the actual cost was on the high side but the person I was buying it for, is worth it. Brought my 3 children for a photoshoot because my daughter wouldn't have her first school photo took at school, she was very upset at first but a lady called Alison who did the shoot was brilliant with her, she did eventually calm down and we got some great pictures, Alison was very patient and was brilliant, definitely recommend, great value for money too
