To Whom It May Concern, I would like to leave a review for Amber Jessop, Manager at Max Spielmann, Blyth. After my medals fell from the wall and were damaged, Amber did an outstanding job reframing them. She carefully advised me on the photo layout, laminated the written section, and arranged for a new frame. The result was exceptional. 4017 Blyth store- Amber is a credit to your company she was so welcoming & friendly. I did not know what I wanted to purchase as it was a gift for my nannas 83rd Birthday. Amber went through all different options with me nothing was too much trouble including cutting & placing my photos in the box as seen below. I also had to print 6 photos for my nanna’s birthday cake Amber helped me find the correct size & could not of been any more helpful.
Absolutely brilliant service as always from Amber. Very professional and efficient. Is a whizz on the photo machines.
Great experience with this shop. Was served by a lovely lady at Blyth (Amber I think her name was) on Sunday who really helped me out with my purchase and made everything super easy. Will definitely be back for next year's Christmas shopping again!
I visited the Blyth shop with a damaged and scuffed item in the hope of salvaging a copy . Unfortunately there was a sudden rain downpour and the initial damage was compounded by a good soaking ! I asked the manger just to bin it . However the fabulous Amber assessed the damage , offered to have a go at photoshopping to see if it could be saved .
