Ordered photos for 20 minute click and collect at 15:30, I live 40 minutes from the store, so that’s fine, gives them a bit of grace, turn up to discover the shop closed, lady on the phone was helpful, saying he’ll be back just before 5, so stand around waiting for 45 minutes for him to arrive back, ignore me stood at the counter for 5 minutes, to finally come over and it then transpires that the order isn’t ready, because he’s been far too busy, and I should obviously know that it would take longer than 20 minutes to print... read more
Went to get some photos printed for a locket. Joda was an absolute star! Helped with putting the images into the locket with their tools and was ever so helpful!
Received great service today with printing my photos , at ASDA Havant . ( 3.30 ish). Didn’t need to ask for help , the chap could just sense that I needed some guidance . He was really friendly talked me through from where I had got stuck in a relatable way , without an ounce of condescension . He also explained to me what having so many tabs open at once continuously on my phone, was doing to performance . It’s not the first time , I have had excellent service from this team member . We were here about a year ago , the guy kicked us out before the shop was closed. Today I was waiting for the shop open , at 9 am he told me to go for a 10 minutes walk as he is not ready. An absolute failure of a customer service. Will avoid this conversation company in the future.
