Went today at 9.50 am at the Harborne branch for passport photos. While the actual photos were great, the lady who took the pictures was rude, abrasive and condescending. She was also condescending to the customer before me, who like me was a foreign citizen. I didn't want to make a fuss because I was in a hurry, but I surely won't use again.
My first time in a photo printing store for many many years (previously did it online) and the experience was good. Very friendly and helpful staff (also patient) and quick printing. Even efficient online printing and local in-store pickup. Good communication and reasonable prices. Print quality decent.
Terrible Service and Complete Lack of Technical Knowledge I had an absolutely frustrating experience at Max Printers today. The elderly staff member serving me clearly had no understanding of basic technology, which made what should have been a simple printing job into a nightmare. Brilliant service at Max Spielmann in Harborne! I popped in for some urgent photo prints and was genuinely impressed by how efficient and friendly the experience was. A huge thank you to Sonal, who went above and beyond to help me—she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so smooth. Absolutely rude and unprofessional owner.she scanned and sent the copies of my personal documents to another email address instead of mine. No apology at all but she was very rude with me and charged me for £15 for their fault!would never go there again.avoid this place.
