Just needed passport photos and popped in to check the cost. It was close to closing time but the lovely lady said she could do them righ then. The process took a minute and the print out another minute. The cost was £12.99 and I can use the code to upload my passport photo for an online application, which I was told, is £11 orso cheaper! Great, friendly and efficent service! Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 📷 🙎♂️👍
The customer service was very disappointing. When I arrived for my booked appointment and asked for assistance, the younger member of staff was rude and dismissive, ignored us, and served other customers instead. When she did eventually help us, she rushed the appointment and showed little interest. That said, the older lady was much more welcoming and even offered us an umbrella, which was a genuinely kind gesture and very much appreciated.
My first time in a photo printing store for many many years (previously did it online) and the experience was good. Very friendly and helpful staff (also patient) and quick printing. Even efficient online printing and local in-store pickup. Good communication and reasonable prices. Print quality decent.

Poor customer service. The elderly lady serving us was rude and condescending. Wonder if she treats all people of colour that way. I wanted to get other photos done but changed my mind. Sorry to say but won't be going there again.
