Lovely space good atmosphere easy to find where is located , service wasn’t how I expected it to be whoever helped me on that day wasn’t so much of a good help came with my Own frame and asked to get a picture I mean this is your work you’d know better yet the person gave me a picture of a smaller size & had the audacity to say she doesn’t know cause I came with that frame it has white lining service wasn’t good at all super racist in my opinion & is expensive unnecessarily would I recommend to people ? Called here today to get passport photos for me and my wife. We were very pleased with the lady who took them and talked us through the process of how to use the photo ID number which came with the photos. I would definitely recommend Max Spielmann here in Skelmersdale.
My wife and I wanted a framed pic of our grandson taken from a phone and Carley was able to produce a perfect, brightened up image which we love. Carley was so nice and smiley and great at customer service.
Went here a few weeks back as needed passport photo for UAE visa. There was a challenge in that the photo dimensions were not pre set onto MS systems for the city we wanted to visit and Clara helped us massively overcome this. Although Clara had a lot of customers at the same time she patiently helped us and found a solution for us. Thank you Clara for your hard work and customer experience skills.
Friendly and helpful staff and quick service for colour films, but the dev costs are high, especially for black and white film.
