Received excellent service from Hannah in Max Spielmann shop in South Shields last week. I had a very old frame which was a non/standard size, but wanted my photograph to fit the frame without having to cut any off. Hannah kindly spent some considerable time with me to see how this could be done. She came up with a solution which worked really well and I was so happy with the outcome. Absolutely fantastic service😄. Got seen by Hannah at the South Shields branch who was brilliant 👌. There was one wedding photograph which we wanted enlarged and framed in addition to a few digital enhancements. We fully expected this to take a few weeks (when we went in the shop it was really busy....but the service was still spot on👍). Hannah is fabulous!! She is friendly and helpful every time but has gone above and beyond the last times I've been in. I had an old photo glued to card with an old item glued next to it, i wanted a print and Hannah worked out the best way to do that with amazing results. I also bought a frame but unfortunately the print and mount were a little too large so Hannah once again worked her magic and cut it to fit. Thanks Hannah, you're a star ✨
