Absolutely fantastic service😄. Got seen by Hannah at the South Shields branch who was brilliant 👌. There was one wedding photograph which we wanted enlarged and framed in addition to a few digital enhancements. We fully expected this to take a few weeks (when we went in the shop it was really busy....but the service was still spot on👍). Hannah is fabulous!! She is friendly and helpful every time but has gone above and beyond the last times I've been in. I had an old photo glued to card with an old item glued next to it, i wanted a print and Hannah worked out the best way to do that with amazing results. I also bought a frame but unfortunately the print and mount were a little too large so Hannah once again worked her magic and cut it to fit. Thanks Hannah, you're a star ✨

Amy the girl on was rude. She had door locked at 3.35 she sighed when she opened door kicking off saying she was counting till. Told people come back tomorrow I don't have time. Sighed with every customer
I had a bad experience in your shop with Christine She was very rude and disrespectful Rebecca who I saw today was really helpful Will not be going I. Again unless she isn’t there. I wasn’t the only person thinking this
