I have been to this shop many times and usually receive good service, which is why I return. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The customer service staff member was rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming, and her attitude made me feel unwelcome, as though I should leave. I was so taken aback that I told her directly she was in the wrong job. This level of service was unacceptable and very disappointing.
Really lovely talking to Rosie today. She was so helpful with our overseas passport photo enquiry. We'll be back to have the photos done soon.
Lovely photo store! Helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, professional service, beautiful products and generally an overall fantastic experience... I purchased a rectangle slate and a rectangle keyring and the quality of both items is perfect especially for the price (£17.50) this store is seriously worth checking out as the range of services they offer is astonishing
Went today for our Christmas photoshoot, so happy with everything! The lady was absolutely lovely & adapted the setting for my son’s needs. Didn’t manage to catch her name but was so helpful & understanding thank you so much xx
I visited today as I had to do some prints. Even though it was very busy Sophie was keeping her cool and helping everyone who needed it. She helped me with my prints and I got everything as I wanted. I really appreciate her help and I could highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Michael
