Had a lovely experience at the Strood photo shop this afternoon. The two ladies in the shop were so helpful and the prints were brilliant for my brother's birthday surprise. Thank you again. Highly recommend x
Went into this branch with the plan to get my daughter’s passport photos done! I was then informed I could get her entire passport application done! Gina and Sarah were so friendly, efficient, helpful! I could go on. Our passport request was sent off and it’s since come back which is a huge relief as I had left it very close to the holiday! We were not the only customers in the shop but everyone got the same great level of attention and were served with the same level of service! I visited today as I had to do some prints. Even though it was very busy Sophie was keeping her cool and helping everyone who needed it. She helped me with my prints and I got everything as I wanted. I really appreciate her help and I could highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Michael
Lovely photo store! Helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, professional service, beautiful products and generally an overall fantastic experience... I purchased a rectangle slate and a rectangle keyring and the quality of both items is perfect especially for the price (£17.50) this store is seriously worth checking out as the range of services they offer is astonishing
Great experience, I went with my siblings to get some pics taken for mother's day. I want to especially thank Sophie who was the member of staff taking our pictures, she was so helpful and kind, I know we weren't very easy to deal with as 4 siblings bickering and trying to make decisions but she was so lovely and patient, she also perfectly balanced helping us when needed with still tending to other customers who came in as she was the only member of staff there at that time. Thank you so much Sophie!!
