Went to Dunfermline store to get a passport photo. Kaitlin took the photo, printed and checked the validity and sent me an email copy and passport application code in just a few minutes. Very quick and professional and she even used a machine to cut out the printed copies so I didn't have to. Clearly the staff are very well trained and also very good at putting you at ease. I was in the east port shop today and Tracey was extremely helpful very pleasant. Would definetley recommend this store to people for any gifts and photos.

Worst photo of me ever, it's actually an achievement to take such bad photos. Photo Booth did a better job in the end
I had over 500 photos to print and unsure of how to do it, went in on a Monday morning when I hoped it would be quiet. Thankfully it was quiet then as it took over an hour and that was with the help of Andrew, a new member of staff to Max Spielmann. It was his first day but he was very patient as we worked through uploading my prints on their system, 50 at a time, so they could be sent away for developing.
