We were served by Sarah, who was particularly helpful with my mother, who isn’t especially tech-savvy. She took the time to help her get her photos into the right size and format without any fuss. Patient, clear, and friendly throughout. She was equally attentive to the other customers too. Really good service — very much appreciated.
