After trying several times to take a passport photo at home, I rang to ask if they offered that service at Gillingham. The phone was answered quickly and I was given confirmation that they could take passport photos and that I wouldn’t need an appointment. I drove to the store and Sophie did a good photo in just one shot. I was delighted with the photos and the code to use when I did my passport application. The photo was accepted as soon as I put my code in. It was definitely money well spent having my photo taken in store
My husband visited the store before Christmas and spoke with the Manager, Sophie, as he wanted a someone removed from a photograph. Sophie did an excellent job with the picture and also framed the print for him. I have visited this store many times and Sophie is always polite and extremely helpful. Her Customer Service is explemetary, which is what brings customers retuning time & time again.
Sophie was truly AMAZING! We had our Christmas photos done and nothing was a problem or too small for Sophie. My daughter even wanted cuddles with Sophie because she felt so comfortable and at ease. Sophie is truly a credit to the company. We will come back every season. Thank you again!
A huge thank you to the lovely lady Sarah who done our christmas photo shoot on Friday! She made us feel so comfortable and kept us giggling away! She was rushed off her feet as there didn't appear to be anyone else in store but between doing our photos and helping other customers printing photos, sorting collections etc She was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above & beyond to be so helpful towards us. Thank you Sarah, Merry Christmas! 🎅
The lady serving us was so polite, helpful, considerate and quick. Our son had recently died and we were confused as to what we had to do. She enhanced the photo we want and printed it off in under 10mins and help us select the right frame. This lady is a credit to this company. Very refreshing
