This photo place in Asda Burnden Park is my go to place for pictures and ID photos etc. Visited yesterday for a passport pic and the gentleman by the name of Tyler assisted me. He is always such a pleasure to speak to as he is very helpful, knows exactly what he is doing and he gets the job done very quickly! Very happy with the service I always receive from Tyler, he is indeed an asset to the company. Thanks!
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to a gentleman called Tyler at burden park hes customer service skills are brilliant and he was very helpful and polite he should be recognised for this outstanding achievement need more people like u in this world mate a lovely example how everyone should be treated.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to print photos but the machine wouldn’t load despite uploads showing 100%. Staff offered no real help and just blamed the machine. Terrible service, won’t be back.
Wonderful experience I was served by Tyler. He knew exactly what I needed. Explained all my options, gave me time to decide and could not have been more helpful.
