This photo place in Asda Burnden Park is my go to place for pictures and ID photos etc. Visited yesterday for a passport pic and the gentleman by the name of Tyler assisted me. He is always such a pleasure to speak to as he is very helpful, knows exactly what he is doing and he gets the job done very quickly! Very happy with the service I always receive from Tyler, he is indeed an asset to the company. Thanks!

Wonderful experience I was served by Tyler. He knew exactly what I needed. Explained all my options, gave me time to decide and could not have been more helpful.
Went today to print store at Asda,i asked the guy on the tilt to insert the store mail adress in order to sent some papers to print,he put the mail adress,he sent the mail empty without allowing me to attach the files,and after I told him that he sent the empty mail he stared to shout and asked me to leave.Is this the proper way to serve a customer????
Absolutely awful experience. I sent a film roll to be developed and expected, as per usual procedure, to receive the digital scans via email, as discussed and thus to be expected. Told 5-7 days. Ten days later, I’d received nothing. I sent my husband into the store to chase it up, and instead of being emailed the photos, he was handed physical prints and a CD — neither of which were requested or useful for my needs.
