I got my new passport photos done this morning. Very helpful and efficient. Cost £12.99 including prints and digital code emailed to me, which I thought was good value. One tiny issue someone needs to fix - when you click the website link here it takes you to Johnsons cleaners, which I thought was an error, but it's because they share the premises in Tesco!
The process was easy and the code given on the photos was accepted by the Gov.uk website straightaway.
Today I went into the Max Spielmann store in Tesco Blue boar lane Norwich. I was not sure exactly how to order photos etc......a lovely pleasant girl, NATASHA, was so patient and helped me all along with the process. She was not at all pushy but kind and considerate. If everyone met a NATASHA in their work day, they would feel much happier......a brilliant experience and I will return for more photos....thanks
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer received by ‘Roger’ at the Blue Boar Tesco’s Max counter just now. He has made my wife cry who went there to pick up an order as he was busy and couldn’t find it, even though we were called 4 days ago to say it was ready. He told her to go away and come back another day as he couldn’t find it, she was being unreasonable, make a complaint then, make my day etc! Nice service in store. Terrible service regarding getting the item I'd paid for. Heaven forbid you need it for a certain day like a birthday or anniversary. Ordered and paid in advance for a birthday card and an anniversary card. 24 mile round trip to the store. Went to pick them up and not in. Birthday missed. Went back again 9 days after ordering only to find still not in. Turns out they were sent to another store altogether! I asked a very important question, which was, "Why?".
