Never go there for a baby passport photo shoot. She didn’t even give us a chance to choose a photo.
Terrible service. I came in at 5:45 PM to print just two photos, and the woman working there refused to help me, saying she wouldn’t let me print because ‘If I help you, I won’t leave at 6.’ If your closing time is listed as 6 PM, then you should be serving customers until then. Instead, I was met with rudeness and clear impatience as she was more concerned about leaving on the dot than doing her job. I won’t be coming back here, and I’d suggest others take their business elsewhere.
I got my new passport photos done this morning. Very helpful and efficient. Cost £12.99 including prints and digital code emailed to me, which I thought was good value. One tiny issue someone needs to fix - when you click the website link here it takes you to Johnsons cleaners, which I thought was an error, but it's because they share the premises in Tesco!
Today I went into the Max Spielmann store in Tesco Blue boar lane Norwich. I was not sure exactly how to order photos etc......a lovely pleasant girl, NATASHA, was so patient and helped me all along with the process. She was not at all pushy but kind and considerate. If everyone met a NATASHA in their work day, they would feel much happier......a brilliant experience and I will return for more photos....thanks
I am absolutely disgusted with the customer received by ‘Roger’ at the Blue Boar Tesco’s Max counter just now. He has made my wife cry who went there to pick up an order as he was busy and couldn’t find it, even though we were called 4 days ago to say it was ready. He told her to go away and come back another day as he couldn’t find it, she was being unreasonable, make a complaint then, make my day etc!
