I attended the Merthyr Tyfil store and didn't have a clue about printing off a Pdf document. I requested help with a lady called Max who was extremely busy at that moment, without any drama she stopped her work and happily helped me. She was a very polite, happy individual who was dressed smartly in company uniform and very well presented she represents your business in a good light !!, professionally and efficiently..
