Ryan in the Morpeth branch was really helpful. I took in 10 items that I wanted to get framed, he measured them all, advised on the best sizes and helped me to choose the frames. I have currently got a hand in bandages, Ryan kindly put all the artwork into the frames which I was very grateful for. Excellent service, happy to help me and I left feeling very happy. I highly recommend using Max Spielmann.
Had a complicated set of print jobs to do in a rush, pdfs, emails, forms, all different, for a very important application that had to be precise so it wasn’t rejected, and the fella who helped me was the *exact* person I needed in that moment. Knew exactly what he was doing, cool as a cucumber, double checked everything to a T; all while helping other customers that walked in so I didnt feel like I was holding up the place. It was a pricey print, but the service was absolutely worth it. Thanks mate.
I had a passport photo taken, but the lighting was uncomfortable and poorly positioned. The photo was later refused by the Passport Office as my eyes were shadowed, the angle was incorrect, and it had been taken from too far away. It was a complete waste of money. I then went to the Morrisons Morpeth photo booth, and the photo was perfect.
Excellent service both times I visited the shop. The staff, Ryan, Ebony and Louise, couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. I will definitely visit again
Popped in yesterday.I needed a label printed from my phone but didn't have a clue how to do it!Louise came to the rescue.She was amazing,nothing was too much trouble.She was very kind and friendly and sorted my problem no trouble at all. Thankyou so much x
