This is the third time I’ve had a photoshoot at the Max Spielmann Byker store, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! The first time was when my daughter was 12 months old, and Megan was absolutely lovely and helped us capture some beautiful memories. We returned for a summer competition photoshoot when my daughter was 22 months old, and once again Megan was so patient, friendly and helpful. Called in here to get something printed and ended up having an impromptu doggy photoshoot done, and I honestly couldn’t recommend Megan enough! She was so lovely from start to finish, with absolutely outstanding customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to help us choose what would work best.
