Went in today to get passport pictures. Lady at the counter blindly ignored me for 20 mints after serving 2 ladies it was my turn then she went to help another 2 customers making me wait another 10 mints. When I asked if she could deal with mine as I had to pick my LO from school. She had the cheek to ask customer who came after me if it was okay with them and said I should thank the people who came after me. I was in rush so ignored her and walked away. Just to say a big thank you to Megan at the Byker shop for her professionalism and dedicated work in finally getting my passport photo done. It has passed the scrutiny of the passport office and my application has finally been completed. Thanks once again for a great service :-)

We had the pleasure of a photo shoot on Thursday this week, and what can I say? First and foremost, the service we received was outstanding.
