I was disappointed by the Top Valley branch. I called other branches as my family had already prepared for a photoshoot. The staff who picked at the Long Eaton branch said we could come over even though the shop would soon close and it's a bank holiday. We got there and he was so nice and friendly. He took lovely pictures of my family and we couldn't be more grateful.

What a guy! The person serving was incredibley helpful. Went absolutely above and beyond to help me change file sizes and create the perfect photo for a wedding day gift for me fiancé. He did all the leg work and even framed it for me afterwards. Could have easily turned me away when my file size was too big on the USB but he 100% saved the day for me. Hero!

Having been turned away at my usual Max Spielman branch, I called Long Eaton late morning on Christmas eve wishing to create a photo mug. My request was answered with a positive ‘can-do’ response. I found Sulman to be knowledgable, helpful, calm and organised. Will use the LE branch in future and would highly recommend
