We went the other day to Max Spielmann in the Derbion mall, Derby. That was our first time there to have a photo for a Schengen visa, but our experience was an unhappy one because the lady photographer was impatient and had an attitude. We had just taken a photo, and when we asked her for one more, my son had just arrived. She showed a bad attitude; her face was annoyed.
