Simon in your Scarborough store, has been absolutely amazing in helping me print 118 photos of my husband who sadly died recently. Simon was very compassionate as he could see how much the photos meant to me. I would like to thank Simon so much for helping me that day, as my phone where the photos were stored, wasn't the easiest to print from. Thank you Simon for all your help & for your friendly nature. You're the perfect person for this role. Thank you.

Went in today to the Scarborough store, it was extremely busy but Karl went above and beyond to engrave shot glasses for my niece birthday. Absolutely fantastic job couldn’t ask for better service thank you Karl
