Absolutely fantastic- We came in on Saturday and Sunday, nothing was too much trouble in a very busy period. Could navigate between customers well and both employees have a lot of patience. Due to the amount of time spent in there we assume they will remember myself and my partner all trying to navigate through Canva. Wedding newspaper for Nat and Dave. Second time in this shop and I had excellent service from both members of staff who were very welcoming. Abbie took some pictures for my new passport and she couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. Thank you very much I will be visiting this store again if I need anything they can provide.
Kim was super helpful in helping me print photos off. Very friendly and lovely to talk with. A credit to the company. Only place I will go to get photos etc.
Can’t fault the service given to me at the Wrexham store this morning. Came in with a USB pen drive full of 16th birthday photos to be printed. Failed to load several times, the lady at the store tried one of their pen drives to no avail. I’d got the photos uploaded in Google drive, but that wouldn’t play either. After a load of head scratching, I managed to download the photos to my phone (they were from different sources) from Drive, and tried the direct IOS to printer approach. Had the most wonderful experience today having first time passport photos taken for our one year old. He’s a pretty boisterous boy so we were a little nervous about how the process was going to go.. but from the minute we walked in to the minute we left the staff at Max Spielmann were absolutely amazing. The passport photo was perfect, staff did a great job entertaining our little one, ensuring he was happy and facing the camera.
