Two lots of passport photos taken all rejected by the passport office. Cost of sending photos to passport office £5.99 a time. Passport on hold due to rejected photos but passport office has taken £115.50 in payment. Official complaint made, response go back to the shop talk to an unnamed person who will sort it out. I visited today for a driver's licence photo. Unfortunately, I am not happy with it at all. There is a white halo around my face due to the white back screen being too bright! I made a mistake by walking away (and paying) without saying anything :-( ... Well, at least I'll know where not to go for photos in the future! The photos went in the bin, and I'll have to redo them somewhere else...
