Got some printing done here on a tight time limit - there was an error when I uploaded the photos (my fault), and Nick was able to prioritise and help me fix the issue when I came to collect, despite having numerous things ongoing. Excellent customer service.
Paid an extra £4 to collect the product. Went to collect it at 12:45. They'd closed til 13:15. Just when people on lunch need to run errands. Very poor service. Wouldn't use Snapfish or Max Spielmann again
Lee made the whole experience better than I could have ever imaged from a trip to the Photo Booth. What an incredibly generous and kind man. Honestly it’s not often you meet someone so genuinely awesome during an everyday (and fairly painful) task. Thank you Lee for being so kind to someone who recently lost a beloved pet.
