I was seriously struggling trying to print off a pic from my tablet. Gail 3519 saw how I was getting in a muddle and helped me order an instant quality print. She was so lovely and so helpful and I didn't feel at all like an idiot. Absolutely 5 stars for customer service and the print was also great.
Went in today to buy 3 personalised picture mugs. Very impressed with the quick service and most of all impressed with how friendly and polite member of staff was. (I think his name was Lee). Good value, top quality. Would definitely recommend
Put a film in for development and was told it would be ready in around 5 days. Took 3 weeks of chasing for me to finally get the film back and when I did images were low res and I wasn't even given the original film back. For the price it wasn't worth my time or money. Staff seemed unbothered when I went into the shop, it felt like I was interrupting them by being there (first time the person serving was having a personal convo with someone who didn't appear to work there) which was just poor customer service.
