Divan was on his own and handled a very busy time exceptionally well. He managed to stay composed and friendly throughout. Some customers requests were quite abrupt, he remained calm and polite throughout the entire time I was there. Managed to talk to each customer and help them briefly while seeing to others he could complete their requests much quicker.
