I visited the store within Tesco Fratton Way Portsmouth in December and just wanted to say your member of staff Ruby was so helpful. she helped both myself and another customer next to me and was not only helpful but explained exactly how your system for adding and printing photos worked clearly and politely. She was absolutely great!
