I used the photo printing self-service machine today and had a really disappointing experience. The machine printed one of my selected photos twice, and when I tried again to correct it, the second print came out completely blank — yet I was still charged. I went to customer service expecting a simple refund for the extra £5 I’d paid due to the machine error, but instead of helping, they blamed me for “choosing the wrong option on the system.” There was no attempt to check the machine, review the order, or offer any goodwil... read more

Took my ultramax 400 to get developed, said it would take roughly a week which is about right off it's not in central manc, guy was very knowledgeable but sadly they didnt have anymore UM400 for me to buy
