These operators are grossly negligent. The reason for their ‘increase’ in security you see in other reviews is because they have had 4 burglaries over the course of 3 months (August - October); over 30 units broken into. My unit was broken into in October and they DID NOT notify me, they simply changed the lock and didn’t even have the courtesy to give me the new code.
