When anyone experiences poor customer service (or good customer service), it always is a result of the ownership / management. Property manger of over 30 high end homes. Truly hate to say this company is a joke. Do not honor frequency outlined in contracts, do not communicate and when there is an issue, cannot reach anyone or receive call back from main office line. We have transitioned all of our clients to Vail Valley Hot Tub Care.
When I got my hot tub and had it installed I was really happy with them. But when I had to have service 2 years later not so much. My tub was on the fritz acting really weird. They came out and said it was fine. 5 days later still acting weird. I looked up the problems online and realized it was a switch. Called them to fix again. They did l, and no issues. I purchased a Hot Springs Spa with the Ace system from Maximum Comfort Pool and Spa in 2016. I also have had a service contract with Maximum Comfort Pool and Spa for almost the entire time I have owned it. The spa is at a second home I live in about half the year. I count on the spa to work and to be maintained properly to keep the water clean and safe. To make it simple, it is the worst major purchase I have ever made. Cannot say enough about our great experience purchasing, installing, and maintaining our hot tub. Specifically worked with Andy, who did a great job of understanding our needs, our price point, and our appetite for maintenance. Never once did we feel pressured. Installation could not have been easier. Not to mention, we called in a panic when we had our first problem (our fault), many months later, and could not have received better service. Definitely a great decision to work with this crew!
