Just moved into the the property and have nothing but positive things to say. The cleanliness, attentiveness by the staff, amenities all are incredible. I didn’t realize how centralized and accessible the area is. We’ve lived in other areas prior to this, and there’s nothing as central as this. S/o out to Ossie, Antonio and Barrington to name a few. They’ve all been so incredible with the move in and as we get situated. Excited to be here, and if any of you have questions, happy to help answer.

I don't live at the property, but I was doing some contract work at the building for a couple weeks and I was impressed by everything I saw. It is a beautiful property with amazing views! Great restaurants, grocery stores, and even a Target are just a few minutes walk away... and the staff here were always professional and helpful when I needed anything!
I won the housing lottery I'm praying everything goes through.. just gave in all documents today ..I really need a place like this to be home sweet home.. pray for me to get this approval.. amen button.. great reviews always from TIMTVNYC24HRS I give this building a 5 star review great hospitality and great large apartments and clean and great neighborhood Brooklyn .. Visited my friend here last weekend when I was in town for a work trip, wow its so nice! His studio was so spacious. Doormen and a guy from leasing team were uber friendly when I asked about availabilities (might be relocating soon) and the views are crazy good as well.
