I’ve been living in this building for the past two months, and I’m so happy I made this decision. I moved from another doorman building, but the team here truly stands out. The doormen and superintendent offer exceptional hospitality — they’re always smiling, kind, and polite, which makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. I don't live at the property, but I was doing some contract work at the building for a couple weeks and I was impressed by everything I saw. It is a beautiful property with amazing views! Great restaurants, grocery stores, and even a Target are just a few minutes walk away... and the staff here were always professional and helpful when I needed anything!

Visited my friend here last weekend when I was in town for a work trip, wow its so nice! His studio was so spacious. Doormen and a guy from leasing team were uber friendly when I asked about availabilities (might be relocating soon) and the views are crazy good as well.

Is the whole management team on vocation? I tried to reach out to the leasing team with 2 emails and it’s been a week to hear back from them. I also tried to call but it could never reach to the leasing team. I noticed Maxwell has lots of available units in the market for a long time, my personal experience may explain why.
