Excited to move in here! The apartment and lounge both have great views. The apartments are on the smaller side for the price, but the location makes up for it. It is right near all the trains and surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to busy Flatbush. The gym is not great and doesn’t have enough equipment, but the amenity fee is only $5, so it makes sense to join a better gym in the neighborhood. Is the whole management team on vocation? I tried to reach out to the leasing team with 2 emails and it’s been a week to hear back from them. I also tried to call but it could never reach to the leasing team. I noticed Maxwell has lots of available units in the market for a long time, my personal experience may explain why.
Great design of the lobby.. super nice doorman.. I chatted him up about the building for a bit while waiting for my niece who's living there. Seems like a great spot
The property manager pulled a no-show on my appointment and tried to blame me for his mistake even though he knows he messed up. Please don’t waste your time and avoid touring this apartment.
Visited my friend here the other day and gotta say this is an awesome addition to DoBro. Crazy views of the skyline and really nice 1b's and 2b's.. might check it out when my lease is up
