I had them come and replace my 26 year old water softener when it finally gave up. They were very quick to send someone out and easy to work with. Tom was friendly and informative, and was up front about pricing. He was able to install the new water softener right away and did a quick and clean job. I’m happy with my experience with, and I plan to reach out to Maxwell-White if I need plumbing help in the future.
We had Tom and Levi out to install our first ever water softener today and it was pretty great all around. Super friendly guys, really efficient with their time and install skills (they were done in under 2 hours!), and transparent in the cost and pricing. Maxwell-White Water Conditioning, LLC was great. The office personnel which I communicated with were very helpful. The technicians arrived within minutes of the expected time. They were professional, friendly and efficient. They were able to diagnose the problem correctly and address it immediately, while explaining exactly what they were doing. I learned a lot about my water softener simply by having the technicians here. I would highly Maxwell-White in the future.
We called Maxwell White to get a new hot water heater installed. By 3:30 the same day we had a new one installed and running. Tom was absolutely the best! He was very efficient, explained everything in layman's terms and was super nice! Thank you, Tom!
Tom was very efficient, he laid down tarps from the bathroom all the way to the back door to ensure our flooring was protected while removing our old toilet. Before he left, he even double checked on the water softener unit he installed yesterday. If you're ever in need of a water specialist/plumber Tom is definitely your guy! Much thanks, Tom.
