We had Tom and Levi out to install our first ever water softener today and it was pretty great all around. Super friendly guys, really efficient with their time and install skills (they were done in under 2 hours!), and transparent in the cost and pricing. There was no hidden fees or surprises, which is a big deal to me. This was also a pretty tight space to install in but they really made it look nice and like it belonged there. Tom and Bennett were amazing! They installed our iron eliminator and made the entire process seamless. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and professional, making the experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and only wish we had done this sooner. Highly recommend!
I had a first class experience from the start with Brittney at Maxwell-White. She sent Tom to my home to asses and discuss my water concerns. Tom answered all of my questions and he gave me options. Install went so smoothly with Tom, Colin and Levi. I truly can feel the difference in my water. Thanks for making this so easy. A top notch team!!!
